The 28th APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology, and Innovation (PPSTI) meeting was held from August 19 to 20 in Dalian, China. Over 120 representatives from 17 APEC economies, governments, business communities and academia, as well as the APEC Secretariat and relevant international organizations, participated in the meeting. APCTT delegates attended the meeting and actively contributed to the discussions.

During the meeting, APCTT reported its work in technology commercialisation, capacity building, policy impact and collaboration among APEC Centres. APCTT also joined thematic seminars and panel exchanges on fostering a competitive open innovation ecosystem and strengthening science capacity.
